Well, last night went much better than expected. Zeke was more comfortable and got a bit of sleep. The trick is staying on top of the pain, so he needs to be awoken every time a dose is due. This morning, they split his cast a bit more to allow for more swelling. This should help him be more comfortable too. Right now, he's trying to pull his toes(of his left foot) off with his toy pliers!
He may get to go home today, depending on how's he's doing.
Zeke, working on Bear, who is unfortunately in a full body cast. He must be feeling ok, since Zeke just sent him flying off the bed! (Bear, not Zeke.)
And finally, Happy Birthday to my dad! 29 and holding...

Praying for peace and comfort for Zeke! Praying that he can come home with lots of pain management medication to play with his Christmas loot!
We also hope Josh is feeling better than this morning! Hopefully he just had the "snot" reaction.
